We loved the space in the room, especially since we have a baby. The crib provided was an actual sturdy crib rather than a playpen, which is usually provided in other hotels. The staff was very thoughtful and lovely. Shoutout to one blond lady, whose name we don't know, unfortunately. I had guests over and we were chilling in the lobby. She kept checking in on us asking if we needed anything. At one point she came with distractions for my baby who started crying. She even came another time and gave us some muffins to enjoy. such lovely spirit she got.

The king bed was spacious and comfortable. The duvets and pillows were comfy and cozy. The room size was larger than expected. The room was quiet even though we were on the Terry Fox Rd. side of the building. The walk in shower was perfect for my elderly mother. The variety of breakfast items available was super. The location was perfect for the birthday activities we had planned in Ottawa . The spa day at exhalo spa was excellent Family lunch at Montanas was great. Next time, we'll bring our bathing suits.

We were going to Disney in ice at Canadian tire centre which was 4 mins away. And we requested joining rooms and we go it grandkids got a big kick out going one room to another. My daughter forgot her phone in room and they let my son in law back in to find with no problem. Breakfast was awesome and the person working there greated us and asked if my granddaughter needed a highchair. We are going to try to go back next year!

It is great property. Comfort, super clean, we enjoyed the breakfast, fresh bread, an smart selection of food. Nice beds, pillows, washrooms, access to the pool for ♿, water fountains, cash machine, enough sitting area, outside and in. Large rooms. Great staff. See pictures.
